SHOP TERMS OF SERVICE

 

1. Multi Item Order
If ordering a variety of different printed items they may be mailed separately and therefore they may arrive on different days. If you receive your order and items are missing this may be why. Orders containing just standard prints will arrive via USPS, orders containing anything other that prints (even with standard prints) will arrive via UPS. 2. Order Changes or Cancelations  
Due to the nature of the sale, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Any edit requests must be handled before placing an order; if an edit request is communicated after a print order has been please the order will not be reprinted or refunded.

3. Replacement 
If a print mistake has been made please contact Beth within 48 hours of receipt so that a replacement can be promptly sent to you. Examples of print mistakes include but are not limited to: missing prints, overuse or underuse of ink, wrong item sent. Refunds or discounts will not be offered for a print mistake, if an error on the part of the print company has been made your item will be reprinted.

4. Sharing Content
When you share your gallery with another person or post it on social media, anyone with access to that link will be able to order prints and share the images with others.
